"Thank you. We haven`t been very great yet at hunting, this is the first night we have ate since we left the mansion." River said.
"Yeah, and River was our best hunter and guard." Lucas said. "Now she can`t hunt tomorrow."
"Oh, yes I will."
"River-"
"Your not going to stop me."
Persepolis thinks for a moment. She has an idea, but she's not sure how the others will receive it. She walks over to the fire to re-stoke it while continuing to think.
She watches Lucas bicker with River, and listens to the storm grow worse outside.

Janus slipped his dagger into its sheath, trudging in his hunting boots near the edge of the village outpost. The wilderness stretched for as far as he could see, but tall pines shielded most of the stone buildings from obvious view. He had good eyes, like his father did, and he could spear a squirrel from eight yards away in its tree. One day, he knew, he might encounter one of them.

Persepolis takes a close look at Horius's hands. She cleans them and picks out the splinters, being as gentle as she can.
Then she mutters under her breath, "Cánja hilæus ihzba quabaña."
Before her eyes, Horius's hands started to softly glow and shimmer. The cuts and scrapes closed, the bones healed, and his hands returned to normal.
She looked at Horius and offered a friendly smile saying, "That should be better."
