Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

Lucas returned her smile and stood up, turning to go but waited for Eva.

"Yes, and I haven`t drank your blood yet, have I?" River said, then waited where she stood as he went to their room. Once he got to it, she nonchalantly followed him, and stopped several feet from him, waiting for him to go in if he was going to.
Eva walked alongside him, not breaking the silence. She was content just walking in the dark, knowing he was at her side.

Xylo pretended to be frightened and opened the door quickly, shutting it in the same manner before running to hide behind her bed, happy to continue their game. However, she better be careful because the "werewolf" had a trick up his sleeve.

Persepolis responded kindly, "You looked even more like a goddess doing that." Jokingly, she said, "I'm going to have to start calling you The Goddess Luna," she chuckled.
Persepolis acknowledged Luna's thanks, "Maybe," she shrugged, "But I mean what I say."
Luna smiled a little, before joking "Oh yes, call me that from now on please." Her tone turned appreciative as she replied "Thank you again. It took a lot of work and practice, but I think I've got it. Now I just need to master it, so that I can do it maybe while moving and with my eyes open so that I'm more of a threat to any attackers that I might be in a fight with." She realized her power was most likely her best weapon, so she had to learn how to master it.

Persepolis responded back, equally joking, "Of course" She dramatically knelt and bowed to Luna, "Goddess Luna." Persepolis got back up and listened as Luna continued to talk. She realized that Luna was very right, "Yes, you do need to master that skill. I think that it would definitely help you in an attack that doesn't involve firearms."
Persepolis rolled her eyes, remarking with disgust aimed at her own thoughts, "God, I hate firearms. There's no defence against them other than ripping them away from the attacker, breaking them, or hiding." She stuttered as she realized the rudeness of interjecting her own thoughts, "Sorry, I didn't mean to interject those opinions. Here I am, talking about stupid stuff again."

Lucas looked at her fondly, then tripped on a log and fell down.

River opened the door and followed him in, shutting it behind her. She approached him, grinning. "Fear just flows from you." She joked.

Eva returned the look, before kneeling down beside him and asking with compassion "Are you ok?" While most people would've died laughing, Eva offered kindness to him, making sure he wasn't hurt. She inspected his body quickly with her eyes, he seemed ok.

Xylo begged in fake fear "Please, don't drink my blood.", as she approached him in the corner near her bed. He pretended to shiver, continuing the dramatization of their little game.

Luna chuckled, but asserted "No, don't kneel down before me. You're a goddess too, remember?" She smiled at their little joke, before turning serious about her discussion regarding firearms. She agreed completely, so she assured "Don't say sorry. I don't like guns either. All you have to do is pull the trigger." While that might not have been true, it was her opinion, and it seemed to be Persepolis' too. She added compassionately "Listen, you don't have to say sorry to me about voicing you opinions, ok? Don't worry about it, I'm not affected by what you said in the least." She offered Persepolis an encouraging smile, not talking until Persepolis acknowledged what she had said, that was important for Luna, that their friendship was open.

Persepolis smiled, glad that she hadn't offended Luna, "I agree with you completely. To me, they're the weapon of a coward." Persepolis met Luna's eyes, "Thanks for having such an open friendship with me. I'm glad that I can discuss my opinions with you."
Persepolis relaxed, she felt comfortable around Luna. She was also pretty relieved that they had the same opinion on the matter. She would have hated to anger her friend.

Lucas nodded. "I`m fine." He said shyly.
~
River snickered, still edging closer. "Maybe I won`t, maybe I will. We`ll just have to see, won`t we?"

Eva smiled and helped him up, kissing his cheek softly when he stood up. She held his hand as they walked back, so that no one would trip anymore.

Xylo smiled, before whimpering dramatically, pleading once again "Just leave me alone. I didn't do anything." As she neared he prepared mentally to surprise her unless he wanted whatever that happened to play out.

Luna relaxed as well, glad the tension between the two had been squashed. With a little smile, she responded "No problem. That's how friendships should be, in my opinion." With a chuckle, she added humorously "Guess I'm not one to talk though, I don't have a lot of friendship experience." She maintained the smile on her face so that the mood stayed positive, and so that Persepolis knew for sure that she was completely fine and that no harm had been done with those words.
