Too young to really tell anything , other than it's a Light Sussex. What is its heritage/strain/country of origin?

I am not certain this is the right spot to ask but I am curious as to the sex of the only light sussex I was able to hatch in my shipped eggs. This chick is now 10 weeks old. I hope someone can help. I am hoping for a girl as I am in the city and cannot have roo's but do have a good home for it if a male.
