Limping rooster

My rhode island rooster is limping on his right leg. Please tell me what i can do to help him. I think it's a sprung leg. There are no spots or swelling. Please tell me. Sincerely the Chicken Man

If he's able to bear weight on his leg it could indeed be soft tissue injury that will heal on its own. Some times cage rest will aid in healing. Be sure to examine him closely to make sure there is not another type of wound or has an infected foot.
