Having seen a goat trough in another member's post being used to hold duck food, we decided to get one at TSC and give it a try. I love seeing the ducks all lined up!

I kept thinking it was your picture I was remembering, but wasn't quite sure.

And yup, we've decided we're getting a second one in the near future. If everyone squishes in together, ten of our eleven can eat together. It's almost perfect for our number... plus, we figure there will be more ducks in the future...

Where do you keep it? Is it near the water source? I'm just wondering if you loose feed to being water logged? I am interested in getting one of these for my geese and ducks.

I put my trough feeder about 8' away from the water bucket. and it doesn't get too messy that way, it still is amazing how far a duck can walk with water in its mouth. LOL

teeheehee, yes it is. I like that set up. I think that will have to be one of my new purchases this spring.
