Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me. My daughter has asked for a pet silkie for her birthday but we want to surprise her for Christmas instead! Lol any breeders out there hatching this time of yr?... she wants either a white or light buff colored one, but really anything that is on the lighter side is fine. Also, we live in VA.

I will have young juveniles that will be 3 to 4 months old. At that age you can sex them so you don't get stuck with roosters.

I live in IL and am looking to buy White Silkies. I have never owned chickens but want to get started in the Spring of 2018. I'd prefer to start with sexed pullet hens. If anyone will have some I can buy and will ship (or pick up/meet within 75 miles of Chicago), please let me know! Thanks!!
