I need to get them out of the bator but I'm scarred to open the lid! Lol

Be super fast! Can you move the bator to the bathroom, steam it up via the shower and do it there?

Our dog is the same way. He is sure that he is the momma of any babies at our house. Doesn't matter to him if it's a guinea pig, kitten, baby bird, or chick's.

The pictures will be so cute but such torture for me!

Not a great picture but it's all I got right now. I think by this afternoon we will have another one completely out.

Cute! When I got my first chickens, they were just a few days old. My sister's cat and my chihuahua wanted to be in the brooder with them so bad. The cat couldn't be trusted, of course. But then my other sister's dog wanted to play with them like they were a chew toy. She still does and they're 26 weeks old! Now that my chickens are older, the cat can be trusted. He doesn't even think about hurting them. We had him in the pen with the chicken's for him to catch a mole and the mole is all he focused on. My chihuahua has always been great with chickens. One of my hens runs up behind him real fast but when he turns around, she's gone. Lol
