Little Help

If I were you I'd run some eggs in the incubator to see if you are just missing the bullseye. It never hurts to be sure. If your roosters aren't fertile for sure and you need new ones let me know, I have some extras right now that would be ready in a couple weeks.
ok i'll try when im able to get some eggs. Also if the roos are not fertile what do i do with them?
 
Eat them. If you aren't sure how to process and prepare them watch the two videos I made they are in my signature.
I have, but thats so sad to kill something i have raised for a while and I have only been raising them since the beginning of August. So i feel like i wont be ready to kill them until I have raised quails for a while
 
PVC & plastic poultry cloth held together with zip ties makes decent quail cages for less than $20 with no hammering, etc.

It's all in how you look at it I guess. What else can you do with them? Nobody wants extra roosters when they are fertile, let alone ones that aren't.

Raccoons will love you for that when they find it.
