Little rabbit help ?

I noticed this knot a week or so ago . I decided to try to lance it . Well I did and it left this nasty whole . Any idea what caused it ? She seems to not be in any pain and is acting very normal .

May be a kind of fly. Some flies live in rabbits and other animals until they hatch. It looks a little big for mites, so probably a fly.

I sure didn't . I have an good idea it was from mosquitoes bites.
