I wonder if he would of been charged and arrested if it had been a barking stray dog? Why do people or authorities rank animals in a list of importance? Nows a good time for the people that he trespassed on to step up and file formal complaint against him.

Some people are so ignorant. One person out of the whole community takes it upon himself to "rid" the neighborhood of the problem. I bet he's real proud of himself, too.
