Yea waiting sucks lol.. This was day 20 for us.. We have had chicks hatch day 20 almost exclusively.. 1 carried over into day 21 but i here of people having to give em 23 days.. Shouldnt be long in any event.. A pip and a couple hours later a zip.. Very good stuff

We didnt ear any peeps until one pipped.. And i only noticed a suble movement after pip while it rested
. Subtle enough i questioned if i saw it at all

I am so goofy, I candled my eggs on day 14 and thought these are healthy but they look like day 7 to me, so today I candled they still have strong veins, but I think I am a week off guessing their age, I had a stagered hatch and put the date on the eggs a day or so after I placed them. Thinking back I remembered these eggs will just under 3 weeks diff, then the ones that hatched so when I put their hatch date down I put it a week too soon. at least I didn't try to do an egg-topsy. this is why it is important to write hatch dates on eggs.
