Locking down today. Anybody else?

Quote:
I had an egg on day 24 that was still active, I did take it out and candle. I asked for advice on here and was told "wait for it to hatch" well, the waiting got the best of me on day 25 and I candled again....this time no movement. So I broke into the air sack and he had died. He almost filled the entire egg ....I think he just got too big to move. His yolk was absorbed. I think he just couldn't get his beak out from under that wing to pip. So while I wouldn't open it at day 22, I don't think I could go past day 24 ever again. That's just me though.

Two look like they are still active, so time will tell I guess!

I think at least two of the other have quit, but I will give them a little longer & have another look later

I just lost one, it pipped at the bottom & I didn't see it until it was too late, so it drowned.

I'm keeping a close eye on the other 5 eggs which haven't hatched, after having another look I think 4 may still stand a chance if they can pip
