Hi, I'm new to incubating eggs so I started with quail eggs.
This morning one quail hatched and there hasnt been a sign of any others getting ready to hatch yet. Its only been about 11 hours but I thought the little guy looked dry enough so i moved him to the brooder (while only opening up the incubator for about 5 seconds with the help of my roommate)
He is alone in the brooder now and although i got him a stuffed animal I'm wondering if i should put him back in the incubator and just wait until tomorrow to move him and others if they arrive!
Note: he doesnt look as dry as i thought he did... hes not quite wet but doesnt look as fluffy as he should... the temp in the brooder is about 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit.
PLEASE HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH HIM?
