I have several game hens with spurs 2" long and sharper than most my rooster's spurs.Hens do not grow spurs like that, it looks like a roo.
You can use SHARP large dog nail clippers to trim off a tiny bit off the tip; after a week the tender quick (part inside the spur) will recede and you can clip some more. Good luck!

You can file it down the long slow way, or you can use dog nail cutters, or a hack saw and a little septic pen/corn starch to stop the little bit of bleeding. Some people have even used a hot potato and pliers (Google it).
