That's probably a good idea. And I wouldn't say that to just anyone but I know you know what you're doing with that..;)
It's like doing a cat, lol. Birds are hard, but mammals are easy. I also stimulated them to pee, but only one peed, so either they are peeing on their own or the one is still really dehydrated.
 
We tried to rescue a baby opossum not to long ago. It was clearly sick and unable to move, and just laying in the yard. We fed it kitten milk and it lived for some time, but I think it died of parasites...

I've not done birds, but I've done many mammals... I'd say it's dehydrated. Keep up the good work and hopefully you'll be able to keep em going till you get em elsewhere..:fl:hugs

They can be hard to pull through.. parasites and stress will bring them down quick. But you tried, and that's what counts.:hugs
