Seperate note: Knew people that had 2 cats. All black very shy sneaky one they named Spy. The other was a grey male so they named him Agent Grey. Every time I saw that cat I sang Secret Agent Man. Cat would run right up to me! LOL

Not good at naming animals so I just let children do it. I asked them to to name a Rooster I had and they picked Chocolate Freddy because it looked like chocolate and "His face looks like a Freddy"

My husband suggested sumo also. As far as her personality she’s the most Skiddish one of the bunch but very gentle with the others

My daughter is older now so she doesn’t pick up the crazy names like she used to. That’s why I have a chicken named Helen Keller And a cat named polkadot

I love it! I thought I had the worst/best chicken names, but I think "White Bucket" wins. I have a "Depends" (named after the adult diaper) and "Fishstick" and "Shortbus Godzilla".

No children named them -- just adults over 40 who are running out of names.

I'm all about finding personality before naming (but nothing against anyone that disagrees, lol). Out of 16 4-week olds, we only have 3 named so far. Jack is our big boy Dominique. My husband thought he needed a 'strong manly name'. Possum is our white-faced roo. And Penguin is one of our little girls that we had to save because she got too cold on one side of the brooder. (long story, but everything is great now)
