and is the male in eclipse?Yes male is in eclipse plumage. He is split to white, which means he carries the white gene but appears normal color and the hen is white so hopefully I will have a bit of a mixed white and split white offspring.Questions... so the white one is obviously white, but what color is the other?and is the male in eclipse?
Thanks for the answer! @WVduckchick started a thread on eclipse/nuptial plumage, you should post some pictures there.Yes male is in eclipse plumage. He is split to white, which means he carries the white gene but appears normal color and the hen is white so hopefully I will have a bit of a mixed white and split white offspring.
Thanks, but I cannot take credit for the ducks beauty. I can just admire and care for them, and that I certainly do! I have a great view from my kitchen window and I can sit and watch them for hours. Usually with a jealous pal on my lap!Beautiful ducks and love your set up!!
That's Tilly, my pilgrim love bug. Simon is my avatar, her husband. Hes very sweet too but not quite a lap-goose.How sweet is that?

Can you tell me how your draining system for their pool works? I'm looking to elevate mine for easier cleaning.
