We are also looking for white cornish hatching eggs right now. No hatchery either. Standards are key in our program for our family food.

Have you tried looking up registered breeders on the livestock conservancy website? That might be able to help you find the quality you're after.

I see a lot of hatchery stock pics and it’s obvious that other breeds have been bred into, and is being sold as “Cornish.” I am looking for standard birds. I can improve a line through culling and selectively breeding, but if the genetics are not truly Cornish, I can’t arrive at Standard Dark Cornish no matter how I cull and selectively breed.

You can cross a Dark Cornish rooster from Murray McMurray with a White Cornish X and selective breed the Pea Comb ones to set your line.
