My thought, too. That's a lot of chickens.
I would offer two packages: 1 chicken per week and 2 chickens per week. Plus the Thanksgiving turkey. Give a price for the rabbit and let them order if they want it.
People who can afford a CSA are going to be eating a lot more things besides chicken. There are 2 in my family and we wouldn't be able to finish 20 chickens in a month, even if we ate chicken every day for both lunch and dinner.
And on the turkey, since it is once a year, I would look into it about charging extra for it that month and not charge extra for it every month of the year. I don't really know how a CSA customer would feel about it.
