Yes, Wikipedia has information posted by people, and sometimes information is incorrect, but other people can correct that information. Having a community of people keeps the information fairly accurate. I never use Wikipedia as my only source. That is why I posted three sources of information.

Most people over estimate the number of eggs that their hens produce. They will say my hens produce 6 eggs a week. Well, they might produce that many at that time. You have to consider how many eggs are produced in a year. A hen can produce 6 eggs a week one month and be broody the next, or molt, or whatever.
The information I referenced shows that Campines lay about 3 eggs a week on average in a year. Maybe all three sources are wrong.
If Campines are the same size as Leghorns, lay large eggs, and lay as many eggs as Leghorns, are Campines used in commercial egg production?
