From NPIP Website, this one has white call ducks. If you are close to the border of another state, can search there too. If you are ok to mail order them, then you have other options - biggest problem is availability.

Not sure if they're NPIP or not but I see this add regularly on one of my local Cl's and says they ship.. note must be NPIP cerified to ship across state lines legally.
