I know of that, I just meant a link to the "6 months with no cases" requirement for the lift of quarantine. I can't seem to find any official set length of time.

No not all of southern California...just the areas on the map.

Yes, this is what is confusing me as well. I have no date to look forward to because they don't have a set protocol.

So technically then birds can still be sold in my area? All of the hatcheries are not selling to anywhere in southern California.

I believe the hatcheries are not selling because they would have to travel through one of the quarantine zones in order to get to most places.
