losing feathers, and color changing earlobes. HELP!!!!!!!

For the last few days my white silke rooster has been losing feathers, where ever he goes, and whatever he does, he'll lose them!!! And silkes have a blue earlobe kinda of right under the head, but for the past few days its been changing brown for one of them and pale sickly yellow for another!!! HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
