Lost our duck / Incubating her eggs

Update.
We lost one.
I only found out because I was forced to open up the incubator after the humidity spiked again and went up to 85%. It's currently staying at 66%.
I decided to candle them once more and saw no movement for a few minutes. All the others were still moving around.

I did pop it open to find that it was mostly yolk with a tiny dead duckling. Any ideas?

I'm sorry... Sometimes it just... happens.

I just checked the eggs through the window and saw the shell pushed up a bit on one!
I know it'll take a while for it to come out but I'm heading to Wilco to see what chicks/ducklings they still have so that it'll have a buddy until their siblings hatch
