Hi! I got three new chicks yesterday - I also have two (started with three) three week old chicks and three 10 week old pullets.
I was planning on putting the newbies and three week olds together but wanted to give the newbies a day or so to settle because the three week olds are wild. Two of the three are great. The Easter egger is non-stop chirping and LOUD.
I lost my other Easter egger from the second group when she was three days old. She was also loud.
With this group, I saw some suspicious poop so I started corrid. They also have probiotics, chick starter, and chick mash (starter w/warm water). I gave her some nutridrench last night. Anything else? Should I keep up with the nutridrench? The other two eat and are very quiet...she just stands there and screams. No pasty butt either.
