"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Julie, I love that Muscovy hen in the nest box! Too funny

Thanks.

I have her sitting on 5 turkey eggs and 1 goose egg. She tears me up when I go in there to check to see if anyone snuck in there to lay other eggs under her. I have to wear a long sleeve jacket and black rubbery stick your hand in the hot boiling seasoned crawfish water gloves. :gig

:yuckyuck :lau Lucky you. When those muscovys start setting on eggs, you might as well Exit Stage Left cause you have a fight on your hands. They are ruthless. I'm scared of them. I would rather have 25 silkies AND showgirls in my chicken yard then to deal with a setting scovy hen and ya'll know I'm scare of those little creatures. :gig

Yes, A LOT of basking. I enjoyed my Sunday.

I'm so glad you had a good, restful weekend - you were way past overdue! LOVE all of your pics you posted; thank you so much for sharing them
LOL @ the scovie on the nest box; sounds like one mean mama !

Love the green coloring on your peas -- wish I had one like that!

Thanks Terri.

In need of another pea with that coloring? Just say the word. I'm right down the road. :gig
