I have her sitting on 5 turkey eggs and 1 goose egg. She tears me up when I go in there to check to see if anyone snuck in there to lay other eggs under her. I have to wear a long sleeve jacket and black rubbery stick your hand in the hot boiling seasoned crawfish water gloves.

Good grief! My geese aren't even that bad

Lucky you. When those muscovys start setting on eggs, you might as well Exit Stage Left cause you have a fight on your hands. They are ruthless. I'm scared of them. I would rather have 25 silkies AND showgirls in my chicken yard then to deal with a setting scovy hen and ya'll know I'm scare of those little creatures.

funny you had posted this....i was going to figure out how to crop and paste a silkie into a couple of your pics and ask you why they were there
