Rcelkins here. I live in Stonewall LA. This is about twenty miles south of Shreveport. We have 13 laying hens, 1 rooster, and also raise meaties (about 25) every quarter. Thanks for this thread. It's nice to see so many local names.

Always good to see a new member! I"m in central La & we have 15 laying hens, 1 rooster & 13 peacocks & 3 guineas. Do you process your own meaties?
