I'm such a dolt! Inchelium Red is offered at SSE and I didn't even see it! DOH!

It is a good initial purchase, for if your garlic bulbs are successful at harvest, you can just replant from a few of those. A very good seed saving exchange!

Okay, I cut my scapes about a week ago, and have some browning leaves on my garlic. I've read that when leaves are half green, half brown it's time to harvest. Some say more 2/3 brown to green.

Anyway, I'm keeping a close eye on the situation, and am thinking now could be the optimum time to stop watering, and look towards a mid July harvest.
