Loving the chick life!

I'm new to chickens, and the more I spend time with the two I'm watching, the more I fall in love with these animals! Right now they are laying on my chest preening, and I'm super happy to have them

Watch out, when you start with two, you end with hundreds! I started with six and now have sixty!

Haha I kinda want to get two more, I'd love a black and white spotted hen, and maybe an easter egg!

They definitely have quite the personality! One of mine loves looking into the camera lenses!

Oh ya! Will they ever! They'll also try to get food from you by hoping on you a pecking it out! When I walk in my coop with or without food I am instantly covered with hens and chicks! They are very sweet!

I didn't hatch them, so trying to get them to understand I'm mommy is interesting!

That it can be! I bought some Barred Rock chicks and they never came near me until they where weeks old!
