Lowe's Playhouse: My Version ***Updated pics pg 3***

I bought the same one for my daughter and still haven't quite finished her's yet! I think I started it the same time as you!

It looks fantastic! You have some very lucky chics who you put in a lot of love for. You should calculate just how much they owe you in eggs though.... I'm sure its up somewhere in the $1000's by now.

Okay, that's it, I'm moving to Texas. It looks so nice and WARM there.

But seriously, that has to be the cutest darn thing I've ever seen. Very nice work!

Thanks.

So far so good. The chicks have been living in it for a couple of weeks. We still have too many for what it was designed for. I have 7 left out of the 19 we started with. One died and we sent the other 11 known roosters to a friends farm. We are hoping to get down to 4-5 hens to keep. A couple are looking more and more like roos everyday so we may get lucky and end up with what we hoped for.

Like everyone else - that is just SO CUTE!!!

You should put one of those chicken wind things on the roof.

How do you open the little door to the run without letting the chicks out of the coop?

Your coop is sooooo cute!

Will you do a BYC page about your coop? Nifty-Chicken runs coop page contests every so often; also, we can add your page about your coop to the site.

There is a cable to pull the door closed at night. In the morning, we just unhook it, and the door opens.
