Lump next/onto cats stitches

My cat, Wednesday, was spayed 5 days ago, on Tuesday, we noticed this lump on her a day after her surgery and it has grown since than, it feels firm to the touch, is this something we should be worried about?

Since she was just spayed the best thing to do is call the vet and ask.

Spay surgeries should heal clean and flat. It doesn't look inflamed but the fact that it's expanding and is hard to the touch is concerning, since it's possible something prolapsed internally. More likely it's an allergic reaction to the sutures, but definitely call your vet and get their opinion.
