Lump on Silkie face

Hey there, I recently bought a few 5 month old silkies and have been dealing with illness ever since. Luckily they are still in their own area. They all have had vapor rub for leg mites, VetRx for nasal discharge and Artificial tears for eye discharge. The one with the most eye discharge now has this lump on her face, not sure what to do about it. She also has dry/flaky skin on her head. I hope she doesn’t have mites their too. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

Yep after some more digging it seems that way. I found this for a remedy.

So I couldn’t find that exactly, but I administered something similar. She hasn’t gotten any better. And flher dry skin is turning into crustiness on her face. So gross, looks like her leg mites maybe maid it’s way to her face?! So I applied vapor rub to suffocate them just in case. Other suggestions or opinions would be a great help. I’m sick of buying medicine! Thanks!
