I did and she had some dirt at the end which I cleaned out. Nothing else that looks wrong. No breathing issues or nasally sounds.
Just checked on her this morning and she ate a little but is still kind of standing around.
The lump is very soft. And, she has lost a few feathers which is contributed to the hear. I appreciate you taking the time to help.

It appears as if something is stuck in her esophagus. Can you gently massage the lump in a downward motion toward her crop, a bit to the right of her neck?

Picture chicken anatomy. On her far right of her throat is her esophagus where food is taken into the crop. In the center of her throat is her trachea or airway.

Sometimes something gets stuck in the trachea and makes a whistling sound, but something stuck in her esophagus probably would be silent.

I was massaging the lump/throat and some puss came out of her mouth. The lump seems a little smaller. She keeps acting like she is trying to swallow something. Her mouth isn’t pink today, it’s grayish and she is breathing through her mouth quite a bit. I have some Tylenol 500 but don’t know dosage for 1 hen. No vets near me see chickens. Ugh! I have her isolated in the cool for now. Any additional suggestions?
