Lump under Pekin chicken chin?

One of my little pekins has a lump under her chin, inside her throat and in between her wattles

It’s quite hard but you can’t see it with the naked eye, I had to feel for it.

This is very new and only happened today. She was sitting in the grass gasping. I’ve given her electrolyte replacer and vitamins but she isn’t improving.

I’m taking her to the vet in the morning but does anyone have any ideas or quick fixes?

I’m terribly worried and she’s my favourite girl
