History: When she was younger she met a small party of humans who pretended to be her friends, but they were really just trying to lure her parents so that they could kill them. They held her hostage and when her parents came to rescue her they were killed by humans that she once trusted. She managed to escape, and now the most important thing in her life is her sister.
Personality: Shy, wary, is fiercely loyal to those close to her. She can be harsh to those she doesn't trust, and she doesn't trust easily after what happened to her.

History: When he was young he also met a party of humans, but in him they saw potential because he was quick to anger and not afraid to use his powers. They slowly turned him on his family, and he quickly decided that he wanted to join them. But to prove his loyalty they made him murder his own parents. When he heartlessly completed the task they realized what an asset he was and he quickly moved up the ranks. He does most of the dirty work for Jezebel (If that's ok with @Rubysword ), and he was there when Brynja's parents were killed which is why she is untrusting of magical beings as well as humans.
Personality: Ruthless, not an ounce of kindness in him, cunning, and not afraid to use his powers.
