I would say any kind of poultry or waterfowl. I mean the hatch a long isn't just chicken eggs right?

This is my entry for the "wierdest place a chicken lays eggs". Our hen Pearl is a homebody. She likes to lay her eggs...on the couch. Even if my sons are sitting there watching t.v.

First she makes a beeline into the house

Into the kitchen where she might find a nibble

If lucky, someone might scratch her back

And finally, settle into the hollow behind the boys so she can lay her "my egg is too good to touch the dirt" egg

p.s. I am sure I was only supposed to submit one pic so of course it is the last one.

The dog should have been taken to a vet to confirm any problems before action was taken. I would definately bring it to the attention of news media. If nothing else animal control should find your Grandma suitable dog to keep her company. Was her little pug micro chipped? If she does get a replacement I would be sure that it was chipped so that if anything were to happen to it she could be contacted immeadiately if found .
