Ok so far I have 15 hatched int the incubator 2 of which are Marans and 13 lav split lav ameraucana. I have 14 from the broody hen and all are lav split lav.
I,m thinking the broody hen is better than me at this point

WOW, I haven't kept up with this thread because I'm working on a dinasaur computer and it is way to slowwwww !!
Can't wait to go shopping for a new laptop in a few weeks.

Anyway out of 42 eggs set I got 40 in lockdown.
My hatches started Early Friday morning.

So far I have:

2 silkies (homegrown)
3 Domoniques (shipped from 2 sellers)
2 Orpingtons (Shipped & homegrown)
4 Marans (homegrown)
4 Ameruacanas (assorted colors from shipped and homegrown)

So a total of 15 out of 40 so far !!!

Ok, I have somewhere between 31-35 out now. Hard to count, they keep moving, lol. I have some I am worried about, that were partially zipped last night, and still are. I hate hate hate to open the incubator at alll when there are pips or zips inside, so I'm fighting with myself about it. All of the eggs in that bator are ordered eggs, and I would hate to make anyone else get stuck by helping the 3 that are. Not sure what I should do.??
