Congratualtions on all the successful hatches, and Happy Easter everyone. I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday. We went to brunch and then DH worked on getting all the post holes dug for the garden and new run fencing. Not too much of an Easter for us this year. No family around and most of our friends were out of town for the weekend.

DH bought a huge Thelco OMGGGGGGGG it holds a LOT. Two stryofoams - LG & Hovabator, and another table top type thing sorta looks like a reptipro but isn't.......

Since I am still awake, I took pictures of some of the chicks. Barred Rocks won't be ready for pictures until tomorrow. I see about 6 more chicks in the bator now (besides the BRs).

1. Best Hatch Rate Contest: CONTEST CLOSED
For this contest during this hatch, participants will be hatching a minimum of 20 eggs. Post how many you will have cooking by Monday 04 April 2011 and then don't go back and edit your post where you tell us how many eggs you start with. When the hatch is over, you'll take a pic and post it to show us how many you actually got... it would be nice if we could count them.
In the event of a tie, the one who hatches the most chicks wins.

2. Cutest Chick Picture:
Picture must be a chick born for this Easter hatch. Pic will need to be taken and posted by or before 11:59PM EST on April 26th... We'll be asking folks in the hatch as well as some moderators to help me judge if they are willing. There will be 1st and 2nd place awards given

I called my hatch complete, but I did a float test on my last egg and its still alive on day 23, is there anything I can do to help this lone egg out or just let it set and see what happens?
