Five of the six turkeys. I still have all six but the last one was being shy at picture time.

One of the turkeys next to one of the lav AM chicks. The turkeys have gotten HUGE!

Blue roo from one of my hen's eggs. I seem to have a talent for hatching boys out of my eggs.

We finally have nice weather here. Only 83 degrees today.

I am really glad that they are getting rain down in Sierra Vista though since they had all those bad fires. My mother and DD had to evacuate one day for a few hours and they were the lucky ones. Some people didn't get to go back to their homes for over a week.

Guess I won't complain that it's hot here (it's 75 - and I'm sweaty).

It is hot here. In spite of the fact that I have been doing everything possible to keep my hens cooled down (husband even put up fans with wet burlap hanging in front of them) I lost one of my hens. RIP Aubergine.
