In the winter, I wear ankle boots to work, and one day I went to the coop to visit before I left, totally forgot to stomp the poo off my feet and tracked it in all over the office hallway. Everyone knew who did it too.

The weather is matching my mood...foul.

Ordered 20+ eggs (supposedly SQ), got them yesterday and opened them last night...out of 23 eggs, 8 eggs broken, and I mean BROKEN. My bad in that I could not find eggs on BYC that I wanted so I bought them online. The packing consisted of a layer of 1/2 sheet newspaper balled up into the size of a goose egg...above that each egg was rolled into a 1/2 plastic grocery bag then taped shut...above that another layer of the goose egg size newspaper balls. The packing was SO loose...the eggs just shifted all over and broke.

I have another dozen that were shipped yesterday, I am really praying they fare better in transit.

It is to snow tonight and probably tomorrow, want the nice weather back!
