Like Christmas morning, I woke up with hopes of atleast hearing some chicks inside their shell, and just a few minutes later, I DID!!!

I rushed to the bator to see a little FBCM had pipped, and a BO was starting to !

You kids and your exciting stories of pipping are making me want to go check my incubator, but I gotta have coffee first!

Already through my first pot, keep checking the bator and nothing here yet. I woke up WAY too early!

Oh and we got over an inch of snow through the night.

I have two pips on the Arauconas, I think one is not going to make it -it hasn't moved since last night right after I added water to the bator

I always do that

Ok all done with chicken poop and making cookies (no, not with chicken poop.. I hope) and back to check the bator..

nothing.. Actually normally I wouldn't expect to have any pips this early - my bator's been rock solid at 99.6 so they should be 'on time', but you guys have me second guessing.

X2 featherz I guess we can hold each other's hands through this while everyone else starts getting chicks! I don't even hear any peeping and goodness knows I have been trying to encourage them by tapping on the incubator. Does that even work?
