I haven't gotten hatching eggs from Larry & Angie but I have purchased started Ameraucana chicks from them. I have gotten their blacks and their blues twice and they are lovely! Here is the last Blue AM I got from them a month ago. She is a sweetheart. The Wellie and BCM were from them as well. Good luck with your hatch!
From my coops (so far) I can add or subtract from this number, as I'd much rather hatch the shipped eggs this time around.
4 BW/W Ameraucanas (wish they'd start to lay!)... (these are going in no matter what)
7 FBCMarans (I can keep the very darkest to incubate)
2 GC Marans (these I can put in the fridge and eat... they remind me of duck eggs, so large)
12 Icelandics from Mary (Such gorgeous birds)
12 FBCMs from Chooks chicks
4+?? w/bw marans from Illia I keep crossing my fingers....
?? assorted from Patty (onthespot)
?? Ams from Halo if any are available

So 41 + ??s
I have room for a total of 66... plus I know how to "stack" successfully in my hovabator, but I won't stack in the Brinsea. I'm putting the Icelandics in there.
I had 80+ eggs my last hatch in the two bators.
I've decided I was too paranoid (imagine that!) so I won't get the bators set up and running till this Friday. Then I'll make certain my 3 Therm/hygrometers are up and running. I got my spot check thermometer from Brinsea to use in the 1588... just have to pull the tab on the battery and read how to use it.
So Mary, have you seen the long sharp spurs on that Isi?
Time to get out the nail files....
My new FBCM roo attacked me for the 2nd time in two days... and I have the spur mark on my right hand to prove it today, he only attacks when I turn away my eyes from him. I smacked him good both yesterday and today, but it didn't knock any sense into him.
I'm contacting the seller to see if she wants to buy him back (I'll even give him back), otherwise, my kids are going to be taught the finer points of processing a bird this weekend. I came real close to ringing his neck and throwing him in the trash. Makes me sad because I think he is so gorgeous, I hope he doesn't pass on this temperament to his chicks.... shoot I don't even know if he's fertile, my FBCMs could end up being duds. I've only seen him get successful with one of the girls.
My wife said, "So I get to eat the guy that has been keeping me from sleep? I can't wait" LOL
So glad I kept my original FBCM roo to keep until the new little ones grow out (I'm counting my chickens before they hatch I know)
I know he's fertile as there are little FBCMs all over AZ now from his girls eggs.
Mahonri - Sounds like the last FBCM cockerel I culled. He was gorgeous, nearly perfect, and a calm boy - But if you turned your back on him, he'd be very tempted and often run up and spur you in the ankles.
I find French Marans often have some weird mood issues. My girls are very dominant, which of course is a good thing in most cases, and my boys. . . Well let's just say every single Wheaten and Blue Wheaten male today decided out of the blue to beat the stuffing out of my black Ameraucana cockerel. Golly was I upset, and, . . . Let's just say all I'm having left this spring is ONE Blue Wheaten cock.
Wow, I never even thought about trimming his spurs. I have had him for almost a year now and he has been a sweetheart. He takes treats right out of my hand and then gives them to the girls. His buddy Orri became aggressive shortly after we got him and eventually had to be re-homed. Do people trim the spurs even on non aggressive roos? I was thinking they would come in handy if I ever get to let them free range. I have no doubt he would fight to protect his flock.
I hear you on the mean rooster thing though. I had so many cuts on my ankles from Orri that my doctor thought they were venous stasis ulcers. I couldn't turn my back on that rooster and once he even cornered me in a tight fenced in area and I had to fight my way out. That was the last straw!
Knock on wood .... I hope to not have to experience a mean rooster. One time a Lavender Orp project roo thought about for awhile though. He looked at me kinda funny like..... He changed his mind after a couple days of me chasing him around the yard.
