Well that stinks. I just had to pull all but two of my BBS eggs. Most had detached air cells Go USPS. I boiled them all up to feed to the girls in the morning. My 2 mutt eggs are developing, as are 5 of my MFCs which are due on Christmas.....Thems the breaks......guess I won't be winning best hatch rate

It is too bad that I do not drink nor smoke because I feel so sad that both sound really good right now.

Halo was nice enough to ship eggs to me for the NY'S hatch and when they got here 3 were broken. Then my dog grabbed one while I was loading it into the incubator. I went to check the incubator and I could not see the humidity so I grabbed it with one hand and trying to put it down, I lost my grip and it landed on 2 eggs.

Worse yet, they had veins and it was fertile and on it's way to be chicks. I am so bummed out right now I feel like crying. I cannot believe I am so clumsy.

I didn't have any broken eggs in any of my shipments, but I know that the PO was hard on some of them... and the eggs I got from halo were packed really well. Dang Post office.
