Mahonri's 2nd Annual NYDHatch, watching them grow...

I'll go you one better than that: I DID put in pavers every few feet where I needed to step, last Winter. During the Summer and Autumn (dry time), I had to set up more grow-out coops, and re-purposed some of those pavers. Cuz, of course, I didn't need them there THEN. Did I replace them? Noooooo.

I seriously need to go pick up some more pavers and place them, then LEAVE THEM THERE!

Just be thankful you won't get hammered like we did. 6 straight days of rain and hard rain at that.

Amen. We'd be floating away south to MX if we had gotten rain like that.

We have more rain coming. Now they say we'll get it Christmas night too.

Stupid anchor woman said at least it will be evening.

Gee, you mean when everyone is on their way back home?

Oh I went out to repair the dog run with my SIL today. We just looked at it and shook our heads. This run has no cement or anything. Now thanks to my one sudden digger (anyone want a dog?) the whole run looks like a dirty duck pond.

I need to wait now till I pay next months bills to get it fixed up.

That thing is so full of water I just couldn;t believe it.

I have 24 eggs in the hatcher, due tomorrow. Guess what?????

3 pips ..... all Icelandics (6 Icelandic eggs)....

Now is an important time to be turning them.

I lived in Milwaukee for four long years. I know what cold is. Why do you think I live in Phoenix?

Went from the freezer to the fryin' pan.
