I still have 4 pips... the naked neck and the last of my marans hatched.

I did eggtopsies on the remaining eggs in the hovabator.

Marans 1-- internal pip then died
Marans 2-- also pipped to airsac but appears to have drowned.
Halo Am..-- dead at least a day or two in the shell.

it's so COLD outside! 32 in the backyard right now. There goes my last two pepper plants.

The hovabator is done. 18 of 21 hatched! I've still got eggs in the Brinsea... I won't give up on those till Sunday as I know the temp was running a little low.
Do I dare take the NN out and put it in the hovabator for recovery... or do I let it jump all over my Icelandics?
