When I took the 10 chicks out of the incubator. I decided the hatched outnumbered the unhatched so I went in and grabbed them. I pretty much thought the ones left were NO GOOD. I was WRONG. I have more pips.

I have 10 in the brooder and three wet in the incubator and another three with big pips so hopefully they will hatch tonight. I set 8 eggs as an experiment straight from the refrigerator and all 8 hatched. They had been in the fridge for a week. They only rested maybe 1-1/2 hours before I set them on the 11. I am wondering if that has anything to do with them taking longer. That week it was very cold here in Florida and even the eggs sitting at room temperature were very cold to the touch. I set 21 so far 13 hatched and waiting on another 3. I also have 2 others with tiny pips in them so heres hoping.
