We have an Ostrich farm close by in Oro Grande and they sell their eggs and meat to the Summit Inn. They serve ostrich omlettes that pack over 3000 calories, 150 grams of fat and will feed 8 people. They also have ostrich burgers. YUM!

They are sooo juicy and have a great flavor. Like red meat, but jucier.
