I go even when I'm not looking.

Today I need coop stuff though.

The livestock auction starts earlier, usually ends about 12 - 1 and poultry starts at 11 and usually ends about 1 - 2.

Final count: 8 chicks hatched from 10 set eggs. I opened the 2 eggs this morning. The egg that was moving yesterday morning then stopped later on was completely mature, perfectly formed, yolk sac absorbed, no excessive fluid in the shell. I am puzzled why s/he couldn't make it out. The remaining egg was underdeveloped. So my hatch rate is 80%. 100% designer chicks.

Whether or not you guys think these are the Cutest.... No doubt they are the cutest in my mind... The ones left after a harrowing ordeal. They commisserate together and are full of life!!!

They would have faired better I think had they been completely dry... The ones lost were still drying off....and the pips and zips...

But looks at these sweeties... It is hard to be too sad when you look at the cute bonus wheaten!!! Rah rah.... GO MURPHEY!!!
