Came home to 5 babies in the incubator, the black copper marans chick, 3 Ameraucana (1 black, 2 blue I think), and my SILKIE CHICK, WOOT! Add those to the other black Ameraucana and my two blue/cuckoo/silver whatever mixed bag genetic Marans, nice mix! Still waiting and praying for the silkied cochin egg and other Ameraucana egg left.

Not in a Brinsea unless it's a big one.

Nope the Eco 20 - won't fit.

My Hova Bator will, though. Lots of room for only 90.00 including shipping. My faithful friend for 7 years since my very first hatch.

This photo is the only one I have from the hatch, my first chick on NYD sitting on pipped siblings. "Pullet in Training"

Great first try, lots learned to be applied to the next hatch. I'm so very pleased with my new chicks. Also tickled that my first chick hatched NYD and is from my pullets raised this year as my first laying group from day-old chicks.

Good one Hurly

Okie dokie guys n' gals... I gotta get to bed.. I may actually have to go to work tomorrow.. The town got the water pump fixed earlier today finally.. The whole town has been out of water for 2 days..ughh, So, work will be open..
My little die hard chick is still peeping away in the bator.. He better hatch tomorrow before the contest is over.. It may not though. It's no doubt a little fighter.. I just wonder how long it plans on staying in the shell..
